Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to join our team and help us drive the development of our Data Management Platform. As a key member of our Agile team, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical experts, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of both.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data storage and retrieval systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our data scientists and engineers to develop innovative solutions that leverage the latest technologies and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain technical specifications that align with business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and constraints.
  • Analyze data from various domains to identify patterns and trends, informing system design and improvement.
  • Ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Coordinate with our QA team to plan and execute system testing, ensuring our solutions exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
  • Expertise in database management, data modeling, and warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Agile enthusiast with experience in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
  • Passion for cloud-based solutions and big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and querying databases.
  • Bonus points for certifications in Business Analysis or related fields.
