Join Nuffield Health as a Wellbeing Personal Trainer in our Tunbridge Wells Gym.

We're looking for an ambitious and caring individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their wellbeing goals. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, delivering high-quality inductions, personal best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.

You'll be confident in your ability to communicate effectively with clients, listening to their needs and developing tailored fitness plans to help them reach their goals. With clear career progression opportunities available, you'll have the chance to progress into leadership roles and further develop your skills through our in-house training programmes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions and consultations to clients
  • Carry out inductions, personal best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development
