Job Summary:
NHS Highland is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Podiatrist to join our team at the Highland Podiatry Centre. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to patients, including nail surgery, wound care management, and musculoskeletal podiatry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive foot care services to patients, including nail surgery, wound care management, and musculoskeletal podiatry.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care for patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- BSc qualification in Podiatric Medicine.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in nail surgery, wound care management, and musculoskeletal podiatry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
