Job Summary:

NHS Highland is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Podiatrist to join our team at the Highland Podiatry Centre. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to patients, including nail surgery, wound care management, and musculoskeletal podiatry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive foot care services to patients, including nail surgery, wound care management, and musculoskeletal podiatry.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care for patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:

  • BSc qualification in Podiatric Medicine.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience in nail surgery, wound care management, and musculoskeletal podiatry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
