Job Title: Registered Night Nurse
Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered nurse to work in our intermediate care unit, supporting short-term admissions and working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise and train the care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Perform general nursing duties, including wound care, observations and medication administration, with a focus on patient safety and well-being
  • Order, store and administer medication safely and accurately, adhering to strict protocols
  • Keep precise and up-to-date records, ensuring seamless communication with the care team
  • Maintain the dignity and respect of residents at all times, promoting a culture of compassion and empathy
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families and other stakeholders, fostering a sense of community and belonging
Shift Pattern:

20:00 - 08:00 (night shift), with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the care team
