The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis in the Spennymoor area.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and dispatching orders efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring high standards of health and safety. You will also assist with vehicle loading and unloading, and prepare shipments for transportation.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, paid weekly every Friday, and a chance to work flexi-time once you have built trust with your colleagues.

About the Job:

  • Process and dispatch orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain inventory levels by receiving and storing merchandise correctly
  • Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Prepare shipments for transportation
  • Ensure high standards of health and safety at all times

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Punctual and reliable attendance
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Possess Fork Lift Truck Licence (essential)
