As a leading provider of estate planning services, we require an exceptional conveyancer with a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled legal professional to work in Redruth, Cornwall or Plympton, Devon, delivering seamless transactions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct residential property conveyances with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent client service, ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law (LLB) or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancer or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
