Administrative Role for a Growing Business

Huntress is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to work in a dynamic office environment, supporting various departments and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to colleagues and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Manage the front desk, handling telephone calls, and responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for various departments and teams.

  • Produce and upload documentation onto the CRM system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Assist with office management duties, including ordering stationery, producing business cards, and franking and sending letters via post.

  • Support the creation of floor plans, property particulars, and window cards.

  • Arrange accommodation, lunches, transport, and training courses as needed to support teams within the business.

  • Liaise with third parties, such as solicitors and stakeholders, to ensure accurate processes for sales and rentals.

  • Manage complaints professionally and ensure all issues are resolved promptly.

  • Produce weekly sales reports, monthly credit card reconciliations, and staff expenses for the Sales team.

  • Assist the Compliance Manager with producing reports and ensuring adherence to GDPR, Health & Safety, and other regulations.

  • Provide cover for the Digital Marketing Apprentice as needed.

  • Be responsible for the key register and key box relating to sales and rentals.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Proficient in using Office 365 and CRM systems.
