We're looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Step Ahead Recruitment. As a Marketing Campaigns Manager, you'll be responsible for driving marketing strategy, executing seamless campaigns, and building relationships with local media partners.

Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you'll be working closely with the marketing campaigns lead to craft strategies for B2C, B2B, and HNWI segments. You'll oversee the day-to-day implementation of marketing plans for various events and build relationships with local media partners for effective campaign execution.

What You'll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Marketing Strategy: Partner with the marketing campaigns lead to craft strategies for B2C, B2B, and HNWI segments
  • Seamless Campaign Execution: Oversee the day-to-day implementation of marketing plans for various events
  • Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with local media partners for effective campaign execution
  • Collaborative Content Creation: Work with content and production teams to ensure strong brand presence across all channels
  • Customer Insights: Champion the customer perspective to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Brand Guardian: Ensure consistency in all communications and marketing materials
  • Mentorship: Support and mentor marketing executives, fostering a collaborative team environment
