Job Title: Fire Door Installation and Maintenance Specialist

Neo Property Solutions Limited is a leading provider of technically challenging passive fire protection solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Door Installation and Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Fire Door Installation and Maintenance Specialist to install new fire door sets and carry out fire door maintenance to third-party certification standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in fire door installation and maintenance, and hold a FIRAS Card (Technician level or above) in Timber Fire Door Sets, Composite Fire Doors, and Fire Door Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install new fire door sets to third-party certification standards
  • Carry out fire door maintenance to third-party certification standards
  • Manage own diary and be punctual, polite, and keen to work as part of a busy fire safety team
  • Follow established company policies and procedures, ensuring safety standards are satisfied and quality control standards are maintained
Requirements:
  • FIRAS Card (Technician level or above) in Timber Fire Door Sets, Composite Fire Doors, and Fire Door Maintenance
  • CSCS card (Blue Card or above)
  • NVQ (Level 2 or above)
  • Clean driving licence
What We Offer:
  • Earn up to £44,000 per annum (including travel time)
  • Hours of work 39 (08:00 – 16:30 (Mon to Thurs) and 08:00 - 15:30 (Fridays))
