Procurement and Contracts Officer

We're seeking a skilled Procurement and Contracts Officer to join our team at Venn Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, fostering strong partnerships, and driving procurement strategies that deliver real value.

The Role

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our operational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with functional leads and our procurement team to craft and deliver a forward-looking procurement plan
  • Manage the Contracts Library, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, correctly assigned, and ready for renewal when needed
  • Nurture relationships with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service providers deliver what they promise—on time and within budget
  • Deliver a monthly procurement report that highlights risks, achievements, and plans for the future

About You

  • You have experience in managing contracts and procurement processes
  • You are skilled at building strong relationships with suppliers
  • You have a solid understanding of procurement guidelines, and you're comfortable leading meetings and monitoring service level agreements
