Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our Starbucks Store in Warwick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, stock, and supplies
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and store cleanliness
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement store strategies
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs

Requirements
  • Supervisory experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
