Culinary Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef/Cook to join our team at Total Care Services Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients in care homes throughout South Wales.

• You will have a strong background in catering and hospitality, with a minimum of an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• You will hold a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and have a good understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
• You will be passionate about food and committed to providing excellent customer service.

• You will receive a competitive salary of £17.25/hr Monday to Friday and £18.40ph Saturday and Sunday, inclusive of holiday pay and pension contributions.
