Driver's Mate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Driver's Mate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our beverages to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our drivers to transport our beverages to various pubs, clubs, bars, and restaurants, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods, as well as navigating through congested areas to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
• Manage paperwork and documentation related to deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads, as well as have a valid driver's license.
