This residential home is seeking a driven and ambitious support worker to support children with SEMH (social emotional mental health) and other complex trauma needs. The successful candidate will be required to work either long day shifts or waking night shifts, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with SEMH and complex trauma needs
  • Implement schemes and strategies to promote child well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the residential team to create a safe and supportive environment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • CPI training or willingness to take on training
  • Experience working in a residential setting or similar environment
  • Hardworking and resilient individual
  • Patient and nurturing approach
