Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Pupil Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor student progress to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
  • Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians to ensure student success.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and enhance the educational experience.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  1. QTS or ECT qualification
  2. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a KS1 setting
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
