Job Summary:

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Storage Solutions Architect to lead technical projects and develop innovative storage solutions for our client's growing IT team.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop complex, integrated storage solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Perform cost analyses and vendor comparisons for projects to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support to ensure seamless system operations.
  • Develop technical subject matter expertise on established and emerging storage systems and technologies.
  • Communicate system operations and environment changes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including SOX and PCI.
  • Understand and avoid capacity, redundancy, and health constraints of storage systems.
  • Manage automated storage device management and configuration.
  • Ensure security requirements are met and provide technical input to solution development plans.
  • Research new technologies and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Plan and manage technical projects involving other teams.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of EMC VPLEX, POWERMAX storage platforms, NAS, and other storage systems.
  • Extensive technical expertise and analysis on business storage environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
