A top law firm based in the city is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their Housing Management and Property Litigation team.

The Paralegal role will offer hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home after a period of training.

The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords in a range of matters including possession proceedings, breach of tenancy, anti-social behaviour, and disrepair claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors and other fee earners in the day-to-day running of files
  • Draft and prepare claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements for the County Court
  • Efficiently manage multiple deadlines relating to various cases
  • Prepare trial bundles and liaise with the Court prior to trials
  • Attend Court to assist Barristers and other fee-earners
  • Conduct advocacy in the County Court on routine matters
  • Assist with client enquiries, chasing paperwork, and providing support to fee-earners

The ideal candidate will be LPC qualified and have a specific interest in the Housing Litigation sector. Experience in housing management, leasehold management, or property litigation is desirable but not essential.
