We are looking for a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our team in Aylesford, Kent. As an SEN Teacher, you will have the opportunity to design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to individual student needs.
About the JobOur ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience teaching students with SEN, and strong knowledge of strategies to support diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver differentiated lessons for SEN students.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to develop effective learning plans.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching students with SEN, ideally in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and equality in education.
