Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our manufacturing team in Exeter, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished products and report defects to ensure quality standards are maintained.

  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness for manual handling tasks is required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets.
