About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in East Oxford. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you'll work primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback application.
Requirements
  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
