In this exciting opportunity, you will be working as part of our Retail team in Kings Lynn on a temporary 12-month contract to cover Maternity leave. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every store visit is memorable for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.
  • Be on hand every step of the way whilst customers browse in store, from greeting at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences.
  • Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them.
  • Help to make the store look its absolute best, from general housekeeping and cleaning to updating displays.

About You:

We are looking for a people-first individual with an engaging and positive personality, who can build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues. You will need to have the determination and motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets, as well as being a team player who can commit to working full-time (38.5 hours per week). On busy days, you will have the opportunity to earn even more commission.
