Microwave Engineer

Dover Corporation is a leading global provider of mission-critical engineered electronic components and subsystems comprised of five business units in six manufacturing locations.

Our expertise is the design and manufacture of communications-based specialty products – engineered components and subsystems – for demanding military, space, commercial aerospace/industrial, and telecom infrastructure applications where function and reliability are crucial.

This role involves designing filters that will be prototyped and then produced in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of filter design and synthesis, as well as experience with simulation software.

• Design and develop filter designs based on standard and non-standard topologies and techniques.
• Work with production to improve design and design methodologies.
• Respond to potential orders for feasibility of electrical and mechanical specifications.
• Tune and test filters using Electronic Test Equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering plus 10 years of technical experience.
• Demonstrated RF/MW filter design knowledge and competence working in several filter topologies.
• Mastery of filter synthesis, simulation, and analysis software.
• An advanced level of computer skills.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
