Sales Development Role at NETSCOUT:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at NETSCOUT Systems, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience in the networking arena, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven attitude.


About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction by providing sales teams and stakeholders with accurate and timely support throughout the sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide presales support by assisting in opportunity/quote creation, selling strategy, risk analysis, and partnering with account managers and sales management to provide customers with sales and technical support.
  • Assist with PO booking, including supporting the order operation team and managing escalations.
  • Responsible for post-booking management, including relationships with customers and problem resolution.
  • Support key clients & resellers, assist in scaling sales processes, and maintain competence in areas of product, technology, sales, and competition.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of sales, sales operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of sales experience in the networking arena.
  • Results-oriented, self-starting, highly motivated, and strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to manage complex assignments and drive all interactions with customers to a positive end.
