Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial support to lawyers and other legal professionals
- Preparing and editing legal documents, including contracts and court papers
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Coordinating travel arrangements and making travel bookings
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role
- Excellent secretarial and administrative skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with lawyers and other legal professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
