We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our client's team in Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting condition surveys, maintaining a schedule of works, and ensuring high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Maintenance/Estates Managers to plan and organize painting and decorating works.
  • Prepare, clean, and fill surfaces using appropriate methods.
  • Apply paint and other specified materials to achieve a high finish.
  • Ensure areas are left clean, tidy, and safe during and after completion of work.
  • Comply with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
Requirements:
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work in Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.
  • Good understanding of basic DIY skills.
  • NVQ or apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating.
  • 3 years of experience.
