Senior Education Consultant Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Education Consultant to join our team at Equal Education Partners. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in education recruitment and make a significant impact in the education sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for education professionals, developing strategic plans to meet the needs of client schools and institutions, and identifying and engaging top teaching talent to fulfill both short-term and long-term roles in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the education recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the needs of client schools and institutions.
  • Engage with top teaching talent to fulfill both short-term and long-term roles in schools.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with existing client schools while developing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in education recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and resourcefulness in talent sourcing.
