Job Summary:

Lidl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store's key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize store processes and solve problems to ensure seamless store operations and a focused team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Monitor and manage store inventory, stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail store management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
