Role Overview
As the first point of contact with prospective clients, the Sales Executive has full responsibility for delivering a positive client experience that will set the stage for continued engagement across a client's life span.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the care team to understand client needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software and marketing automation software is an advantage.
