Role Overview

As the first point of contact with prospective clients, the Sales Executive has full responsibility for delivering a positive client experience that will set the stage for continued engagement across a client's life span.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  3. Work closely with the care team to understand client needs and preferences.
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Proven sales experience in a B2C environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  4. Knowledge of customer relationship management software and marketing automation software is an advantage.
