Employee Benefits Administrator Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team based in Fareham. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for performing most, if not all, of the following responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely payments to employees
- New starters/leavers
- P45 & P60 processing
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Keeping up-to-date records
- Calculating SMP, SSP, SPP, etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee benefits, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits packages
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with employees and management
What We Offer:
This is a 6-month contract in Fareham for a reputable organisation. Salary: £28-£32 per hour.
