Employee Benefits Administrator Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team based in Fareham. As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for performing most, if not all, of the following responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely payments to employees
  • New starters/leavers
  • P45 & P60 processing
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Keeping up-to-date records
  • Calculating SMP, SSP, SPP, etc.
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee benefits, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits packages
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management

What We Offer:

This is a 6-month contract in Fareham for a reputable organisation. Salary: £28-£32 per hour.
