**About the Role**

Norwich University of the Arts is seeking a skilled and creative maker to join our 3D workshop technical team. As a Saturday Technician: 3D Fabrication, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with a variety of 3D making practices in wood, metal, plastics, foam forming, and mould making.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support students with 3D making practices, providing technical advice and guidance.
  • Oversee the safe use of equipment and consumables, ensuring a safe working environment for students.
  • Collaborate with a team of highly skilled technical colleagues to deliver high-quality technical support.

**Requirements**

  • Sound knowledge and practical skills of fabrication in one or more of the following practices: wood, metal, plastics, foam forming, or mould making.
  • Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance to students.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
