Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our client's small, highly regarded Surrey practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of HNW property transactions, offering an interesting and diverse caseload.

About the Role

You will be working closely with the property department, providing support and managing your own caseload on matters including residential sales & purchase, equity release, joint ownership, new build, right to buy, and mortgages & re-mortgages.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive with a proven background in a busy property department, who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the property department to provide support and manage your own caseload
  • Managing residential sales & purchase, equity release, joint ownership, new build, right to buy, and mortgages & re-mortgages
  • Providing support to the team and contributing to the success of the practice

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Executive in a busy property department
  • Ability to hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to the practice
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
