Care Home Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Care Home Chef to join our team at Go To Outsourcing in Swinton. As a Care Home Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met and their dietary requirements are catered for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional meal service
  • Cook for 30+ people in one sitting, using fresh produce and English-style dishes
  • Work from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to residents' preferences and dietary needs
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • 12+ months experience as a head chef in a care setting
  • Chef certifications or extensive experience cooking English-based food and managing kitchens
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Right to work in the UK and enhanced DBS clearance

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £18 mid-week, £16 - £21 weekends
