Job Title: Field Service Engineer

ENVEA Global is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the West of London Area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing product support, service, test, and repair of ENVEA equipment across customer sites in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide service and support to allocated customer sites, including documentation and paperwork using company software.
  • Travel to customer sites to repair, commission, calibrate, service, and fault-find ENVEA products.
  • Offer advice to customers to help them configure systems for their applications and diagnose on-site problems.
  • Provide customers with up-to-date and accurate information on products and services available, calibration services, and training.
  • Carry out functionality and system training at customer sites and ENVEA premises.
  • Ensure full and accurate data entry into customer databases and timely completion of Service Reports.
  • Offer feedback to the sales team to promote future business opportunities.
  • Communicate with the Engineering teams to ensure lessons learnt from field problems are incorporated into future product iterations.
Requirements:
  • Degree, HND, or Equivalent in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with instrumentation in previous roles preferred in an industrial environment.
  • Experience in customer service/support and resolving problems to customer satisfaction.
  • Electronics experience, ideally with an instrumentation background.
  • Field service experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of Gas analysers/Particulate Emission Monitors would be a distinct advantage.
  • Use of IT for equipment test and reports writing.
  • Use of standard test equipment.
