About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and approachable individual to join our Safety Team as a Safety Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol our properties to maintain a safe and secure environment for our students and employees.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Provide assistance to students who are locked out of their rooms, ensuring they have access to their accommodation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our students, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Report incidents electronically, maintaining accurate records and contributing to our safety and security efforts.
