The Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health concerns, and general health needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals with medication
  • Cooking and preparing meals
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Maintaining the homes of individuals supported and managing their finances

You will work as part of a diverse and dynamic team to ensure that individuals are happy and safe in their own homes. This may involve working a variety of shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
