As a seasoned Pasty Chef, you'll be pivotal in enhancing our pastry department's performance, contributing to increased revenue growth and elevating the overall dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to consistently deliver premium food quality.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for yourself and the team.
  • Evaluate existing menu options and suggest exciting new desserts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline kitchen operations.
  • Mentor less experienced chefs in improving technical skills.
  • Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure peak performance.
  • Implement comprehensive safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
The Ideal Team Member:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Professional Cookery and Food Preparation is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in similar positions as a pastry chef leader.
Compensation Package:

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
