**Job Title:** Senior Paid Social Media Leader

**Working Hours:** 40 Hours

**Role Description**

We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Leader to lead our market-leading in-house Paid Media team. As a key member of our Multi-Channel team, you will help spearhead best-in-class Paid Media implementation across Paid Social, Paid Search & Digital Display.

Your role will be to lead the strategy and account direction, predominantly working with our tier 1 partners such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Bing, Apple, Pinterest as well as emerging platforms and opportunities.

You will also manage key stakeholders across the business, as well as integrating with other parts of the Multi-Channel team such as Organic Search, Affiliates & Partnerships, Content, as well as CRO and Analytics teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement Paid Social Media strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead the Paid Social Media team to deliver high-performing campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure maximum cross-channel efficiencies.
  • Provide regular updates on KPIs and optimisations to the senior management team.
  • Complete internal audits across Paid Social Media accounts and evolve account strategies for growth.
  • Build and manage innovative consumer-focused Paid Social Media campaigns from scratch.
  • Act as our Paid Social Media visionary to increase revenue and market share within these channels.

**Professional Skills**

  • Ability to identify issues and provide proactive solutions.
  • High degree of numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to work under pressure across high-level Paid Social and/or Paid Search accounts.
  • Highly literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, Google Docs.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High attention to detail.

**Experiences**

  • Experience in managing sophisticated Paid Social/Paid Search campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Paid Media from an implementation perspective.
  • Facebook DPA, Retargeting, and Google Shopping experience.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Appreciation of the Paid Media ecosystem and how Paid Search influences Paid Social.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified & Twitter Flight School.
  • Google Ads Certified.
