Financial Transactions Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at Kreston Reeves LLP. As a key member of our financial transactions team, you will be responsible for conducting financial transactions, reading and processing financial data, and escalating complex queries as needed.

About the Role:

This role involves working with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial services. Key responsibilities include conducting financial transactions, reading and processing financial data, and communicating progress and workload with the Payroll Assistant Manager/line manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial transactions on an allocated portfolio of clients, extending this to any client during times of peak demand
  • Read and process client financial data, satisfy client data requests, and review client data for completeness
  • Escalate more complex financial areas & queries from self & team that require Senior or above involvement
Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
