Performance and Planning Officer
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer communication support through regular review calls to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
* Coordinate customer needs, including the management of allocation tracking, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Analyze demand trends and manage customer backlogs to minimize line stoppage risks.
* Process customer forecast releases via Demand Planning tools and forecasting systems to drive business growth.
* Review forecast accuracy and provide insights to improve future predictions.
* Onboard new customer accounts and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
* Participate in Operational Improvement Projects to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support customer complaints through to resolution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Process orders and ensure timely shipping to meet customer expectations.
* Maintain database integrity, track KPIs, and provide month-end reporting to inform business decisions.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service/Account Management.
* Strong working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
* Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and VBA.
* Excellent communication and team working skills.
* A drive to learn, develop, and contribute to company performance.
