Job Summary


We are seeking a Travel Data Analytics Specialist to join our global Product Analytics and Experimentation team. As a key member of this team, you will partner with Product and wider Analytics teams to understand performance metrics, identify new success measures, automate reporting, and drive new test hypotheses using advanced analytics methods.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, engineering, operations research, data science, or similar
  • 4+ years of experience in industry or equivalent
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience creating and analyzing drivers of performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to work through complex business problems and implement suitable solutions

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
