Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team at Chemistree Solutions Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients across the North West region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a family-run business that is committed to providing innovative solutions that have a significant impact on patient care. Our advanced monitoring systems are designed to enhance resident independence, staff productivity, and the ability to personalize resident care.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing remote and on-site technical support to our clients
  • Working with care teams to ensure they are getting the most out of our advanced monitoring systems
  • Providing training and support to management as needed
  • Carrying out administrative and office management duties as required

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, has a proven ability to introduce and sell new products, and is willing to learn and develop new skills. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer relationship/support type role
  • Experience of working on a technical helpdesk
  • Proven ability to introduce and sell new products to existing client base
  • Ability to demonstrate some technical/computing knowledge (technical help desk level)
  • Full UK driver's licence
