We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Development Specialist / Electronic Development Engineer with proven expertise in fault finding down to component level.
As a key player in supporting the development of high-quality, in-demand products sold into regulated environments, you will assist design engineers, support the build and test of concept designs, and ensure successful project delivery across multiple projects.
Based from our CoE at Hemel Hempstead, you will need to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
Please note, we can only consider UK-based applicants that hold Settled Status or a British Passport, as we need to put you through SC level clearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Fault Finding & Diagnostics: Demonstrate your 5+ years of fault-finding experience at the component level in the development and testing of cutting-edge electronic products.
- Product Development: Support the full product lifecycle, from new product development to updates and retirement.
- Testing & Verification: Conduct verification tests to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive project success.
- Documentation & Support: Develop test procedures, document results, and support technical product design throughout its life cycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Optimize design concepts for cost-effectiveness and apply lean principles to improve processes.
HNC/ONC Qualification or Equivalent: A solid educational background in electronics.
