We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at BT Group. As a Retail Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and informed advice.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.34 p/h plus 20% on target commission.
