Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a positive impact in the lives of our customers. As a Support Worker, you will:
  • Support customers with various learning disabilities to remain as independent as possible.
  • Liaise with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Encourage customers to participate in social activities and community events.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Support Worker and possess basic literacy and IT skills for record-keeping. All our services are supported housing, where care and support are provided 24/7.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A positive approach to life and a passion for supporting others.
  • Previous experience in a similar position, ideally with medication handling and safeguarding knowledge.
