Job Title: Director of Technology and Infrastructure

As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure, including networks, telecommunications, and server infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and architectural standards to ensure alignment with our business strategy.
  • Manage IT infrastructure work and resource demands, ensuring that proposed solutions are aligned with our application strategy.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the IT Network and Telecommunications and IT Systems teams to maximize productivity and ensure the skills pool is current and relevant to our requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering business-critical IT infrastructure, including design, administration, implementation, and management.
  • Formal training and/or current certifications in ITIL or ITSM.
  • Relevant experience hosting client-facing SaaS applications in both on-premises datacentre environments and public cloud.
  • Experience designing and implementing secure application hosting and Enterprise solutions that are compliant with data security standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology standards, guidelines, and tools.
