Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at the LEGO Group. As a key member of our digital leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our ecommerce strategy and execution across Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of digital experts to develop and implement ecommerce strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in ecommerce execution.
  • Develop and manage regional ecommerce budgets to achieve commercial and shopper metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon and other key partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in ecommerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience working with C-Level executives and ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
