Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our dynamic team at KP Snacks, a leading manufacturer of savoury snacks.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a range of shift patterns, including flexi, A nights and C group shifts, providing you with a stable and varied work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competently operate numerous machines, ensuring efficient production processes and meeting all output targets.
  • Educate colleagues on new procedures and improve overall line performance and efficiencies.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping, health & safety and hygiene standards, adhering to quality guidelines.
  • Effectively resolve running problems/issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills to minimize downtime.
  • Clean units after a changeover or shut down, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues in achieving shared goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within manufacturing or the food industry is highly desirable, although training is provided.
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy is essential for effective communication and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership and accountability for your tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality products meet customer expectations.
  • Good understanding of health and safety protocols, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized working environment.
