Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality and consistent advice on employee relations, engagement, and well-being to managers and staff.
  • Build effective working partnerships with senior managers and staff to deliver innovative and creative people solutions.
  • Develop and implement people policies, manage employment-related casework, and deliver a customer-focused people advisor service.
  • Conduct job evaluations and deliver internal training sessions on people policies.
  • Collaborate with the Director and senior managers to drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification to level 5 or equivalent level of experience.
  • Proven track record of developing people policies, managing employment-related casework, and delivering a customer-focused people advisor service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information and build trust with colleagues and customers.
