Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing robust maintenance strategies to enhance plant reliability and operational capability. This will involve resolving plant issues and breakdowns, minimising downtime, and undertaking planned preventative maintenance activities to ensure safe plant operations and product quality.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a time served Multi-skilled Apprenticeship in an engineering discipline, with a Level 3 technical certificate & NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline, HNC preferred. You will also need to have exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, a proactive and dynamic approach to safety, and strong technical leadership skills and ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
