Job Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the association in our delivery of services to our factored owners and other non-SST tenures within the community.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing effective communication and support to estate management and repairs issues.
  • Applying relevant legislation relating to factoring, shared ownership and Mid-Market Rent.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication, presentational and policy writing skills.

Salary and Conditions

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and qualifications.
